Operating problem

What this addresses

Operational review meetings rely on manually compiled figures that cannot be traced back to a source.

Configured outcome

What PulseArc configures

Recurring reports on volumes, task ageing, completion and user activity, drawn only from what the environment itself recorded.

What remains with your organisation

Agreeing report definitions, comparison periods, distribution lists and how the reports are used internally.

Prerequisites

  • At least one configured workflow producing activity
  • Agreed report definitions and recipients

Inclusions

  • Configured operational reports and export
  • Agreed comparison periods
  • Role-based report access

Exclusions

  • Clinical, financial or regulatory reporting
  • Benchmarking against other organisations
  • Any outcome or performance claim about care

Data and integration boundary

Reports describe recorded platform activity only. No external data source is combined unless an integration has been assessed and contracted.

Delivery

Implementation stages

  1. 1

    Organisation discovery

Confirm the operating context, the workflows in question, the stakeholders involved and the boundaries of what technology should and should not touch.

  2. 2

    Scope and responsibility review

Define in writing what PulseArc will configure and what remains with the organisation, including clinical, consent and regulatory ownership.

  3. 3

    Data and integration assessment

Confirm which data sources are approved, what access is required, which technical dependencies exist and which privacy roles apply.

  4. 4

    Configuration and validation

Configure the agreed environment and validate it with the organisation's own authorised users before it is relied upon.

  5. 5

    Training and handover

Provide the agreed operational guidance, administrator instructions and the named support contacts.

  6. 6

    Ongoing support and change management

Handle issues, configuration changes and any future modules through the approved support route.

Pricing and timing

Quote only, in AED. Fee, milestones, timeline, support commitments and cancellation terms are specific to the written agreement for your organisation and are never published here.

Support

Support is provided through the agreed contact route. See the support page for how to raise an issue and what to include.

PulseArc is a technology provider. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency response or clinical decision-making.
