It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, triage, clinical decision-making, emergency response, patient monitoring, prescription management, insurance processing or access to any government health system.

No provider relationship

PulseArc is not a healthcare provider, clinic, insurer, payment institution, bank or government authority. It has no relationship with any patient of a customer organisation.

Clinical responsibility

All clinical decisions, patient-care decisions, professional judgements and regulatory obligations remain with the customer organisation and its licensed professionals. Nothing produced by the platform should be treated as clinical guidance.

Emergencies

The platform must not be used to report or manage a medical emergency. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

Diagrams and workflow overviews on this website describe how PulseArc is configured for an agreed scope. They never contain patient data or customer records, and the scope of any specific organisation is defined in that organisation's own agreement.
