How information is handled on this website, and how it is intended to be handled in a configured customer environment.

1. Who is responsible
This website is operated by Clicked IN FZE LLC, trading as PulseArc Health Technologies, of Business Center, Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Clicked IN FZE LLC determines how information submitted through this website is used and is the responsible business for that information.
2. Information collected through this website
- Enquiry details you choose to submit: name, organisation, work email, role, organisation type, country or market, area of interest, preferred contact method and the description of your operational challenge.
- Any further correspondence you send by email or telephone.
- Cookie and preference information as described in the Cookie Policy.
The enquiry form on this website opens your own email client with the details prefilled. Nothing from the form is stored by this website before you send it.
This website does not collect health data, patient information, medical records or payment card details, and you are asked not to send them.
3. Information in a configured environment
In an approved implementation, the customer organisation is intended to determine the purposes of processing for the operational data it enters, and PulseArc is intended to act on that organisation's documented instructions. The exact roles vary by implementation and are fixed in the data-processing terms agreed with each organisation before any environment goes into use.
- Account and user administration data for named organisational users: name, work contact details, role and access records.
- Operational records created by an organisation's own users inside the configured environment.
- Technical logs generated by use of the platform, such as sign-in and administrative events.
Categories beyond these — including clinical records or other health data — are only processed where an implementation has been assessed and expressly agreed for that purpose. PulseArc does not collect health data through this website.
4. Why information is used
- To review an enquiry and respond to it.
- To carry out pre-contract discussions and, if agreed, an implementation.
- To administer named user accounts for a customer organisation.
- To keep business and correspondence records, and to meet legal obligations.
Information submitted through this website is not sold and is not used for advertising.
5. Retention
Website enquiry data is retained only as long as needed to respond to the enquiry and to keep a record of business correspondence. Retention inside a configured environment is agreed with the organisation.
6. Service providers and sub-processors
Website hosting and business email are provided by third-party suppliers acting on documented instructions. Where an implementation requires a specific sub-processor, it is identified to the organisation in the data-processing terms agreed for that implementation before it is used.
7. International transfers
Where any cross-border processing applies to an implementation, it is identified and agreed in the data-processing terms for that organisation.
8. Security
The measures actually in place are described on the Security & Privacy page. No measure beyond those described is claimed, and no certification is held or claimed.
9. Your rights and how to contact us
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to object to its use. Requests about information PulseArc Health Technologies holds directly can be sent to management@pulsearc.online. Requests about records inside a customer organisation's environment should be made to that organisation.
10. Children
This website is intended for business contacts at healthcare organisations and is not directed to children.
11. Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version is published here with a new last-updated date.
