Acceptable Use Policy
Expected use of the PulseArc website, platform, and related services.
Users of the PulseArc website, platform, and services must not engage in the following:
- Unauthorised access to accounts, environments, or data.
- Sharing credentials or bypassing authentication controls.
- Scraping, harvesting, or bulk extraction of data.
- Uploading unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.
- Distributing malware or malicious code.
- Interfering with the operation of the platform or its infrastructure.
- Unauthorised access to patient information.
- Using the platform for clinical services that require licensed professionals without such professionals being authorised.
- Impersonating another person or misrepresenting affiliation.
- Fraudulent payment activity, chargeback abuse, or laundering.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to derive source code.
- Circumventing rate limits, access controls, or other security measures.
PulseArc may suspend or terminate access for violations of this policy, in accordance with the applicable agreement.
