Acceptable Use Policy
Applies to every authorised user of a configured PulseArc environment.

Permitted use
The platform may be used only for the administrative workflows named in the customer organisation's agreement, by users that organisation has authorised.
Prohibited use
- Using the platform for clinical decision-making, triage or emergency handling.
- Entering information the organisation has no lawful basis to process.
- Sharing accounts or credentials between users.
- Attempting to access another organisation's environment or data.
- Probing, scanning or testing the platform without written authorisation.
- Sending unlawful, misleading or unsolicited communications through configured messaging.
- Copying, reverse engineering or reselling the platform.
Reporting misuse
Suspected misuse or a suspected security issue should be reported to management@pulsearc.online.
Consequences
PulseArc may suspend access where use materially breaches this policy, in accordance with the applicable agreement.
