Operating problem

What this addresses

Work handed between locations is chased by phone, and no site can see whether the other has picked it up.

Configured outcome

What PulseArc configures

Hand-offs between approved sites and teams, with visibility limited to the roles the organisation has authorised.

What remains with your organisation

Confirming its site structure, its user roles, and which information may be visible across sites.

Prerequisites

  • A confirmed site and team structure
  • An internal decision on cross-site visibility
  • Named administrators per site

Inclusions

  • Cross-site task routing and hand-off states
  • Role and site-based visibility rules
  • Coordination views for operations leads

Exclusions

  • Unassessed or unapproved system integrations
  • Sharing between separate legal entities without agreement
  • Any clinical hand-over process

Data and integration boundary

All coordination stays inside one organisation account. Cross-organisation data sharing is not offered.

Delivery

Implementation stages

  1. 1

    Organisation discovery

Confirm the operating context, the workflows in question, the stakeholders involved and the boundaries of what technology should and should not touch.

  2. 2

    Scope and responsibility review

Define in writing what PulseArc will configure and what remains with the organisation, including clinical, consent and regulatory ownership.

  3. 3

    Data and integration assessment

Confirm which data sources are approved, what access is required, which technical dependencies exist and which privacy roles apply.

  4. 4

    Configuration and validation

Configure the agreed environment and validate it with the organisation's own authorised users before it is relied upon.

  5. 5

    Training and handover

Provide the agreed operational guidance, administrator instructions and the named support contacts.

  6. 6

    Ongoing support and change management

Handle issues, configuration changes and any future modules through the approved support route.

Pricing and timing

Quote only, in AED. Fee, milestones, timeline, support commitments and cancellation terms are specific to the written agreement for your organisation and are never published here.

Support

Support is provided through the agreed contact route. See the support page for how to raise an issue and what to include.
