Operating problem

What this addresses

Administrative messages are sent from personal devices and ad-hoc accounts, leaving no reliable record of what was sent, when or by whom.

Configured outcome

What PulseArc configures

Agreed templates available to authorised users, with each send recorded against a user and a time in the configured environment.

What remains with your organisation

The consent basis for contacting each person, the wording of every template, the contact list, and the messaging account used for delivery.

Prerequisites

  • An organisation-owned messaging account approved for administrative use
  • Message wording approved internally
  • A documented consent and privacy position

Inclusions

  • Configuration of organisation-authored templates
  • Message activity log and user attribution
  • Role-based access to send and view

Exclusions

  • Consent decisions and content authorship
  • Clinical communication, triage or emergency contact
  • Marketing campaigns or bulk promotional messaging

Data and integration boundary

Contact data is supplied and owned by the organisation. No messaging provider, clinical system or payment provider connection is implied.

Delivery

Implementation stages

  1. 1

    Organisation discovery

Confirm the operating context, the workflows in question, the stakeholders involved and the boundaries of what technology should and should not touch.

  2. 2

    Scope and responsibility review

Define in writing what PulseArc will configure and what remains with the organisation, including clinical, consent and regulatory ownership.

  3. 3

    Data and integration assessment

Confirm which data sources are approved, what access is required, which technical dependencies exist and which privacy roles apply.

  4. 4

    Configuration and validation

Configure the agreed environment and validate it with the organisation's own authorised users before it is relied upon.

  5. 5

    Training and handover

Provide the agreed operational guidance, administrator instructions and the named support contacts.

  6. 6

    Ongoing support and change management

Handle issues, configuration changes and any future modules through the approved support route.

Pricing and timing

Quote only, in AED. Fee, milestones, timeline, support commitments and cancellation terms are specific to the written agreement for your organisation and are never published here.

Support

Support is provided through the agreed contact route. See the support page for how to raise an issue and what to include.
